Are you ready for a day filled with fun? Like you, I'm a huge fan of Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul. I mean, who can resist those gripping storylines, rich characters, award-winning performances, and of course, the stunning backdrop of Albuquerque? We will stop at 21 iconic locations. The tour will take about 3 hours, depending on traffic, weather, and the number of selfies you take. Along the way, I’ll sprinkle in some trivia and test your knowledge of the Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul universe. Points for correct answers, so if you have a car full of fans, you can find out who the ultimate "Breaking Baddie" is. There are a total of 47 points of interest or POI listed on the tour details screen. A POI is either a stop, quiz, trivia, or routing point. This tour is all about flexibility and fun. You can go at your own speed, pause the audio for a snack or a photo op, or even split the tour across days—just remember where you left off! To help you know where you are in the tour I will announce the poi number for each step. Keep in mind that audio clips from the show are included, so they might not be suitable for little ones. To make sure you have a blast, here are a few things to remember... The tour will give you turn-by-turn directions and will automatically move on when you pass invisible markers I’ve set up along the route. By the way, if you can see the markers or me in the backseat, then maybe somebody else should drive. ha ha ha! I cannot promise you the jokes will get better, but I can promise you a great tour! The narration lengths are based on speed limits, so stick to those and you won’t miss a thing. Let’s have a great time, but safety first! Stay aware of your surroundings, drive carefully, and obey the rules of the road. I also suggest no munching or sipping for the driver as well! All stops are on private property, so let’s be courteous to the homeowners and the neighborhood. No trespassing, blocking driveways, or double parking, please. If you want to snap a pic, park legally and stroll over to your chosen spot. When you are ready to move on just check your device to see where to go. If you missed some narration or you think you missed a stop, hit the arrow at the top of the screen to go back to the tour details page and scroll down to the poi to review the written script. Then scroll back to the top and select the "starting point" button, choose the next "POI" from where you are at now, and hit "Start Tour". Directions will take you to the next tour marker. Your journey concludes at The Place of a Thousand Drips, a beautiful roadside waterfall near Gatlinburg, where the gentle cascades of water trickle down moss-covered rocks, offering a peaceful and picturesque finale to your adventure. Today’s driving tour runs approximately 30 miles, and we’ll take between 2 to 3 hours, depending on how much you want to stop and explore. My name is Dave, and I will be your co-pilot today as we embark on an awe-inspiring journey along the South Rim of the Grand Canyon, where time stands still amidst nature's grandeur. As you navigate the winding roads that hug the edge of this colossal chasm, prepare to be enveloped in a symphony of colors, shapes, and shadows carved by millions of years of geological evolution. Each turn reveals a new vista, each viewpoint offering a glimpse into the depths of the earth's history. From the dizzying heights of towering cliffs to the serene beauty of the Colorado River below, this driving tour promises an unforgettable exploration of one of the world's most iconic natural wonders. We will begin today at one of the eastern entrances to the south rim at Desert View Watchtower. Here you can fill up at the Chevron station, and grab some sandwiches and other refreshments at the Desert View Market and Deli. We will pass some picnic areas, and each stop will have a place to sit and enjoy a snack if you wish. Today’s journey will take us approximately 30 miles, and from one and a half to two hours in duration. Ok, follow your navigation, and we will begin shortly heading west on Desert View Drive.
As you enter Bryce Canyon National Park, you embark on a journey through a geological wonderland unlike any other. Greeted by towering hoodoos, colorful cliffs, and expansive vistas, the park’s rugged beauty immediately captivates your senses and invites you to explore its hidden treasures and ancient landscapes. This 26 mile driving tour will take you along the park’s main road, Bryce Canyon Road, and stop at all of the major viewpoints and outlooks. As you drive on the winding road that traverses the park, you are surrounded by the diverse ecosystems that make Bryce Canyon so unique. From stunning red-rocks to vanilla Ponderosa Pines, and the occasional glimpse of wildlife, it all adds to the feeling of adventure.
